EAC Concierge

The public front-door MCP server for EAC Partners.

EAC Concierge is a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. AI apps that support remote MCP can connect to it over streamable HTTP at:

url
https://concierge.eacpartners.com/mcp

The live server identifies itself as EAC Concierge (version 0.1.0-dev when checked). Its published instructions describe public tools for the business card, offerings, Insights, appointment requests, referrals, and lead notes. Customer account tools are not enabled in this phase.

Connect

If your AI app accepts a remote MCP server URL, add Concierge with this generic shape (VS Code / portable MCP config uses type: "http" and url):

json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "eac-concierge": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://concierge.eacpartners.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Some clients omit type and only need url (for example Cursor's remote MCP docs). Paste the same URL. Exact file path and key name (mcpServers vs servers) vary by app — confirm in that app's MCP settings before shipping client-specific steps on this page.

json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "eac-concierge": {
      "url": "https://concierge.eacpartners.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Apps that only support local stdio MCP may need a bridge such as mcp-remote. That path is not verified here against each client — confirm before publishing a stdio snippet.

Offerings

Titles and summaries below come from a live list_offerings call against https://concierge.eacpartners.com/mcp. Main-line offerings first; then the Built by EAC footnote.

EAC Money

The books are full cash-basis. It is hosted in each customer's own Azure subscription. It is positioned as an alternative to common professional-services automation platforms.

Systems integration and artificial intelligence

Systems integration and practical artificial intelligence in delivery work: where it helps, where it does not, and how to put it into the tools a firm already runs.

MCP design and creation

Design and build of Model Context Protocol servers so an assistant can call a clear, approved set of tools.

Microsoft 365 implementation and management

Setup, migration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365, including Business Standard, Business Premium, Intune, and Entra authentication.

Azure web apps and private cloud

Design and operation of Azure web applications and private-cloud workloads in Azure.

Network and device security

Built by EAC

What it can do (verified tools)

These tool names and descriptions come from a live tools/list against the Concierge endpoint.

Business card and offerings

  • get_business_card — public EAC Partners card (name, emails, phone, address, time zone, website).
  • list_offerings — published offerings catalog (optional category filter), including a footnote of small demonstrations.
  • match_need — matches a short need to offerings in that catalog only; does not invent services.

Insights

  • list_insights — article titles, summaries, dates, and canonical URLs (not full text by default).
  • search_insights — search titles and summaries; returns summary and URL.
  • get_insight — one article by vertical/slug or URL; summary and URL unless full text is enabled on the server.

Appointments (Ed confirms)

  • list_open_slots — open slots in America/New_York for discovery, project_review, or support. Phase 1 uses a deterministic schedule stub.
  • request_appointment — queues a request for a slotId from list_open_slots. Status is pending confirmation. Nothing is sent or held automatically.

Live slot lengths checked read-only: discovery and project review are 45 minutes; support is 30 minutes.

Referrals and notes

  • submit_referral — queues a partner referral for staff review. Nothing is sent automatically.
  • leave_lead_note — queues a short note from a prospective customer (web addresses rejected).

Privacy notice

  • get_privacy_notice — Concierge privacy notice. Host AI vendors may see tool calls and tool results.

Phase 2 (coming)

Invoices, subscriptions, billed time, and support requests are coming with customer sign-in. On the live server these tools answer phase_2_not_enabled today (verified with a read-only list_invoices call: error phase_2_not_enabled, message “This tool is not available until phase 2.”). Real customer data will be behind sign-in. Until then, the tools listed below return no customer records and no files:

  • whoami
  • list_invoices, get_invoice, download_invoice_pdf
  • list_subscriptions, list_billed_time
  • open_support_request

Privacy

Concierge is a public information tool. This phase does not sign you in and does not show one customer's records to anyone else. Queued appointment, referral, and note details are stored so a person at EAC Partners can follow up; a queued request is not a confirmed meeting. Queued details are deleted after 90 days (per the live privacy notice).

The assistant you use, and the vendor that hosts it, can see tool calls and tool results. Do not put passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets in a request.

Full Concierge privacy notice: /eac-concierge/privacy. Site privacy: eacpartners.com/home/privacy. Questions: support@eacpartners.com or 317.762.3331.

Example asks

  • "What's the EAC Partners business card?"
  • "List Insights articles and give me the link to one about our industry."
  • "Show open discovery slots next week, then queue an appointment request for me to confirm."
  • "Match this need to an offering in your catalog."
